Who we are
Therapeutic Response Ambulance Service is the Specialist Mental Health Division of the Health Transportation Group UK (HTG-UK). The leading provider of specialist health transport services, carrying out more than 500,00 journeys on behaviour of the NHS every single year.
We are the exclusive providers of mental health transport for the NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board and NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board.
Our Wonderful Clinical Team
Our team makes us who we are. We are fortunate enough to employ compassionate and sensitive individuals from all walks of life, whose shared passion is also to offer safe, warm and thoughtful care.
Our crews are made up of Clinical Psychologists, Registered Mental Health Nurses and Ambulance Care Assistants.
An element of our work can sometimes involve transporting people who are too unwell to consent to their transfer. In these circumstances we are passionate about still offering opportunity for as much choice and agency as possible on their journey.
